Validine Chronus

Experimenting with electronic music as early as the late eighties. His original inspiration was from magnetic tape on which he used to make "noise" collages by crudly splicing together recorded sounds on cassette tape. These techniques where then expanded in later years to cassette 4-track recordings and then into the digital realm with laptops. Still collage like in nature his compostitions evolved and took on a more challenging approach by limiting the sources from which the sounds could be derived. His current live performance uses only of the sounds of birds from digital samples and from vinyl. The turntable is manipulated and the output is processed by laptop.
